Two delightful separate cottages, comfortable and well equipped. Both cottages have fitted kitchens with dishwashers, fridge, electric cookers, microwave, washing machines. TV and DVD video in sitting rooms with comfortable chairs/sofas and wood burner/open fire. There are four bedrooms in each cottage, some with washbasins. Most of the beds are pine and bed linen can be hired. Each of the cottages has a ground floor bedroom/s, central heating throughout and fenced garden with patio, garden furniture and barbecue. Saddlery Cottage has a garage.

The cottages are on the outskirts of the charming village of Colkirk, overlooking farmland; Saddlery Cottage is near an arable/dairy farm. They are within walking distance of the well known Colkirk Crown, which does excellent meals, and a mile and a half from the town of Fakenham, with its popular Thursday market. Central for visiting all parts of Norfolk.
