Latham Hall sleeps 12 in 4 bedrooms (1 double en suite, 1 double with 2 single beds & cot, 2 doubles with an extra single bed each). Two sitting rooms (both with TV) and dining kitchen with cooker, microwave, fridge, freezer and dishwasher. Shower/toilet downstairs, bath/toilet upstairs, BBQ and garden furniture.

Throwley Moor Farm sleeps 13 in 4 bedrooms (1 double en suite, 1 double with extra single bed, 1 double with 2 extra single beds, 1 with 4 singles). There is a large fully-equipped dining kitchen, a lounge/games room, sitting room plus large bathroom with separate shower room and WC.
Throwley Cottage sleeps 7 in 3 bedrooms (1 double, 1 double with an extra single bed, 1 twin). Dining kitchen, lounge (with TV and studio couch), bathroom/WC plus separate shower/WC. Cot and high chair included.

Plus newly renovated River Lodge sleeps 5 in 2 bedrooms (1 double, plus 1 room with either 3 single or 1 king size + single bed). Fully equipped dining kitchen, lounge, upstairs bathroom and downstairs WC and shower room.
