Tranquil courtyard of six cottages and bungalows, situated in the conservation area of old Watchet. Approx. 300 metres level walk to marina, shops and restaurants. All properties have private furnished gardens with barbecue and a fully fitted kitchen with cooker, microwave, fridge/freezer and washing machine.

Linhay Cottages (x 3) sleep up to 6 + cot. 1 double and 1 twin room via spiral staircase, 1 twin on ground floor, fully fitted kitchen, open plan living/dining area (TV and DVD), shower room with WC. Corner Cottage (x 1) sleeps up to 6 + cot. 1 double, 3ft bunks, 1 twin bedroom, fully fitted kitchen/diner, lounge (with TV and DVD), shower room, separate WC. Croft Bungalows (x 2) sleep 2 + cot. 1 twin bedroom, lounge (with TV and DVD), fully fitted kitchen/diner, shower room with WC.
