Beautifully situated in its own grounds, Green Farm Cottage is an idyllic haven for adults and children. It is set in the heart of a working dairy, beef and sheep farm in the small hamlet of Felton.
This cosy but spacious cottage has been imaginatively converted to make the most of the fine roof structures, old beams and stone walls. It is beautifully furnished with pines and fabrics and attractively decorated both inside and out. The cottage is ready for immediate living upon arrival (3pm) and you will be greeted with a welcome pack.
There are four rooms downstairs (large kitchen and dining area, utility room, shower room and lounge with large brick-surround open fire) with entrance to the upstairs via the dining area. Upstairs there are 3 bedrooms (1 double en suite, 1 double, 1 single plus bunk beds) and bathroom, all accessed via the large landing.
The south-facing, well tended patio area with BBQ, table, chairs and parasol becomes a regular sun trap for those lazy summer days and evenings.
