Our charges include electricity costs, and fresh bed-linen (duvet covers, sheets and pillow-cases).

Hollytree Cottage is superbly situated on a quiet lane in the village of Frogmore, just 150 metres from the water's edge on the famous Kingsbridge Estuary (sometimes also known as the Salcombe Estuary). It provides an excellent base for beaches, boating and sailing, walking on the South Devon Coast Path or on Dartmoor, visiting historic towns such as Totnes and Dartmouth, enjoying the many local activity centres, or simply relaxing around the beautiful countryside and stunning coastline. Few villages in south Devon are as well located for choice.
The market town of Kingsbridge is just three miles away and has a good selection of shops, stores, cafes and restaurants. The famous fishing and sailing town of Salcombe is about 20 minutes by car, or quicker by boat!
