Offcote Grange Cottage Holidays are proud to offer you the chance to enjoy our two large luxury five star self-catering cottages, Billy's Bothy and Hillside Croft. Located in the centre of Derbyshire and edging the Peak District National Park, both are in a fabulous location to explore the many things Derbyshire has to offer. A short drive from Alton Towers, Chatsworth House, Carsington Water and much more. Suitable for families of all ages, reunions, celebrations and hen parties. Small corporate events catered for. We are able to offer catering of all types, pampering and massage, and the opportunity for organised activities to enhance your stay. WiFi, cosy log burning stoves are provided at both cottages.

Hillside Croft is a delight: a traditional cottage dated 1709, it is full of ancient oak beams, timbered and revealed stone walls and pretty leaded windows set in stone mullions. It has 5 bedrooms with one en suite and can sleep from 10 up to 16 if needed. There is one large master bathroom with bath and walk-in shower and 3 WCs in total. A well equipped farmhouse kitchen with separate dining room and lounge are provided. The best of both a historic cottage and all the modern luxuries you will require. With 6 acres to explore and nature on your doorstep, you will have a wonderful time.

Billy's Bothy is a fabulous barn conversion, again 5 bedrooms, all of which are en suite with the option of an extra 6th en suite bedroom. There is a large lounge and beautiful galleried kitchen with separate dining room. The lounge opens up onto the patio and orchard area and from then on we have 10 acres to explore. Sit by our lake, feed the donkeys and chickens and enjoy the view. Full of character and charm, with a relaxing sauna on site. All modern amenities to make your stay a memorable one. Suitable for the infirm with lounge, dining, kitchen and 2 bedrooms all on one level.

Both cottages are grade II listed buildings, full of character and furnished to a high standard, located in peaceful rural surroundings with lovely views. Private landscaped gardens with patios and BBQ and off-road parking offer you space outside to enjoy your surroundings. TVs, video, CD players, Hi-Fi, full halogen electric cooker, freezer, fridge, dishwasher, washer, tumble drier, microwave plus more provided in both.
