A delightful country cottage, built in the 1880s, Moor's Edge Cottage has been thoroughly renovated and offers self-catering accommodation for the discerning visitor.
Situated in the National Park, on the edge of Dartmoor overlooking the village of Horrabridge, Moor's Edge is a short downhill walk to the River Walkham, village shops, post office, Church and two public houses, both of which serve good food.
Accommodation comprises two bedrooms (1 double, 1 twin - not bunk beds); lounge with flagstone floor, TV, DVD and VCR player, feature fireplace with multi-burner coal and wood stove; kitchen with modern units (electric cooker, microwave; refrigerator, washing machine) and quarry-tiled floor; tiled bathroom with bath and shower unit. Duvets and blankets provided, but visitors are asked to provide their own bed/bathroom linen. Front lawn and flower beds; rear paved patio, with garden furniture. Parking for two cars.
Short Breaks - £70 per night for the Cottage (not per person). Non-peak holiday periods only.
