Flagstone Farm consists of 5 converted, detached traditional barns set in 14 acres of grassland and woodland about 2 miles west of Stow on the Wold, in the centre of the north Cotswolds - an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. The farm is about 200 metres off a minor road and most of the time there is no traffic noise. There are beautiful views and the location is very quiet and peaceful whilst being only 5 minutes from the shops, pubs and restaurants of Stow.
The farm is easily accessed from most major routes, London is only 80 minutes away and Birmingham 45 minutes.
The properties are detached, spacious, and have a high proportion of shower rooms to bedrooms. They are let out on a self-catering basis but catering can be provided by prior arrangement
The barns are ideal for family and friendship groups, anniversaries, reunions, birthdays, activity groups, (walking, car tours, riding, etc) as well as mid week business meetings and conferences.
The facilities include pitch and putt, a hard tennis court, badminton court, games room with snooker and table tennis, petanque and croquet.
Stanway House

Broadway House
Sleeps 14 plus 2 plus cots �7 bedrooms- 4 doubles and 3 twins, 6 bathrooms/shower rooms.
Ground floor: living room, kitchen, dining room (seats 22), 2nd kitchen, hall/snug, WC, 2 4-poster bedrooms, one with en suite shower the other with en suite bathroom. First floor: staircase 1-double bedroom with en suite shower room, twin bedded room with en suite bathroom. Staircase 2- double bedroom with en suite shower room, two twin bedded rooms, shower room.
Stanton House
Sleeps 12 plus 2 plus cots-6 bedrooms- 3 double, 3 twins. 5 bathrooms/shower rooms.
Ground floor very spacious, open plan living dining area (dining room seats up to 40) with well equipped kitchen. Two attractive 4-poster rooms, each with an en suite shower room. First floor: staircase 1 two twin bedded rooms both with en suite shower rooms, staircase 2 double bedroom, twin bedded room, bathroom.
The Farmhouse
Sleeps 8 plus cot � 2 double bedrooms, 2 twin rooms. 3 bathrooms.
Ground floor � very large farmhouse kitchen/dining area (seats up to 25 people), lounge, snug, utility room, WC, four-poster bedroom with en suite shower. First floor � double bedroom with en suite shower. Two twin bedrooms, bathroom.
Clematis

Ideal for romantic break. This attractive and spacious single-storey cottage has a large open-plan kitchen and dining seating area.

Each of the barns has been tastefully converted in order to retain as many original character features as possible, such as exposed beams and stonework. Special emphasis has been placed on spacious rooms, quality, warmth and comfort. The buildings have a very high proportion of bathrooms/shower rooms to bedrooms. All the cottages are fully carpeted throughout and fitted to a good standard.
The real essence of the Cotswolds is the beautiful unspoilt villages and some of the best are literally on our doorstep. There is also a first class choice of inns and restaurants within the locality.
There are many beautiful walks in the immediate area and in addition to the numerous facilities on site, fly fishing; golf; swimming and horse riding are all available near at hand. As well as stately homes such as Blenheim, Sudeley, Seizencote, Chastleton House and Snowshill Manor. Some of England�s loveliest gardens are nearby � Batsford, Westonbirt, Hidcote and Kiftsgate. For children we have Birdland, The Model Village, Model Railway at Bourton on the Water, Cotswold Farm Park and Cotswold Wildlife Park, the steam railway at Toddington, Broadway Tower and Country Park. For adults who like antique hunting and paintings the Cotswolds are a veritable mecca � Stow on the Wold, Chipping Campden and Broadway being particularly worth a visit.
