We would like to offer you a warm welcome to our beautiful pine lodges, which are situated on part of our farm in the quiet village of Stainfield, 8 miles east of the city of Lincoln.
Lincolnshire is a county overflowing with beautiful countryside, historical towns and villages, contemporary shopping and not forgetting the stunning city of Lincoln. Hidden amongst countryside and sheltered by the rural village of Stainfield, Rural Roosts presents high quality luxury pine lodges surrounding a fishing lake, ideal all year round accommodation and in a fantastic location for action packed short breaks or relaxing holidays with friends and family.
The luxury self-catering pine lodges, constructed from Scandinavian pine, harvested from environmentally managed forests, surround a tranquil fishing lake, well stocked with coarse fish which residing guests are welcome to try their hand at catching! Accommodation consists of 7 purpose-built pine lodges all designed to make your stay a comfortable and pleasant. All have been constructed to a high standard and sleeping 4, 6and 8 people in double, king-size and twin bedded rooms. They also include spacious living areas and are fully equipped with large decked verandas which overlook the lake and are perfect for dining alfresco during the warmer months. Upon arrival guests are greeted with a welcome basket and a scrumptious homemade cake!
The location is ideal for touring and exploring with many places of interest in close proximity. Just a ten minute journey will bring you to the city of Lincoln with its magnificent Cathedral and real cosmopolitan shopping and dining experience, and a further 30 minutes will take you to the coast where some excellent walking can be had and days on the beach can be spent with the family. Rural Roosts is a family-run business and welcomes families and even the pet dog!
