Bramley Cottage is an ideal holiday home in the lovely town of Sandown. This newly built detached chalet bungalow is peacefully situated at the end of a long driveway. Centrally heated it has two bedrooms (1 double, 1 twin bedroom), each benefiting from its own bathroom/shower en suite.
Living room
The living room is comfortable and spacious, having two leather sofas and a 23 inch TV. Free view including VCR, DVD player, a large selection of interesting books, DVDs' and a small selection of board games.
Dining room
The dining room is an open plan design connected to the kitchen. It has a six seat dining room table and a CD and radio player. Double doors open out for easy access to the patio area.
Kitchen
In this new kitchen you will find all of the appliances you would ever need. It is fully equipped with toaster, kettle, fridge freezer, gas hob, electric oven, microwave and dishwasher.
Bedroom 1
The master bedroom is supplied with a double bed and all bedding. There are hand crafted side cupboards as well as a chest of drawers and a small wardrobe. This room has an en suite bathroom with bath, sink, toilet and a lovely view of Brading downs.
Bedroom 2
This second bedroom has two single beds. These are also supplied with bedding. There are two side cupboards, a set of drawers and a large wardrobe. This bedroom also has an en suite bath room with shower, sink and toilet.
What’s included?
Bramley Cottage is fitted with high standard furnishing and everything you would expect from a self catering chalet bungalow. All bedding is provided as well as hand towels. Bath towels are not provided... Bramley Cottage is no smoking and does not allow pets.
