We have 6 traditional stone cottages with exposed beams and high quality specification. Located in the heart of the White Peak come and enjoy the stunning views out over the surrounding countryside along with the peace and ageless atmosphere of this beautiful part of the country.

The cottages are graded 4 star but have also been given the fairly rare Gold, a new classification by Enjoy England, the country’s official grading organisation, for ‘providing exceptional quality in all areas but in particular in service’. Sleeping from 2 - 4 persons, they really are a home from home with a range of comforts from Sky, wi-fi, locally prepared ready cooked meals and cycle hire from the Farm, we even have electric bikes to take the strain. There are 3 cycle trails of average 15 miles in length within 3 miles and the National Cycle Route within 50 yards.

There are 2 picturesque wild flower meadows on our land, one forming part of a nature reserve leading to the River Dove at Wolfscote Dale. Our nearest village is just 350 yards, from the end of our drive, with the pub being only a few yards further, whilst Hartington is just over a mile away is able to offer all the services of a thriving village. The local pubs here serve a range of tasty meals and with the Tea Rooms, an Italian restaurant, takeaways and also Hartington Hall youth hostel all serve excellent quality food. With many other choices in the nearby villages you will be spoiled for choice.

We have 3 lovely cottages in the heart of the nearby village of Hartington if you prefer the feel of a busy peak district village centred around the market square with a history dating back to King John in 1203 who granted the charter for the this. Whilst the local creamery has recently closed, the highly regarded cheese shop on the square still sells local produce.
