This two-bedroom l960s terraced holiday house has wonderful sea views and is very neatly decorated. Seaford is 7 miles from Eastbourne and 8 miles from Brighton and there is a train station five minutes away from the property with a service to London every hour (90-minute journey).

The house is located just across the road from the seafront and has an enclosed south-facing patio garden as well as a north-facing patio area. Access to the house is from the rear, as there is a wall around the south-facing patio garden. The beach at Seaford is about 1 mile long and is mainly pebbles but offers very good swimming. The location is also ideal for day trips to Dieppe as Newhaven is only a couple of miles away and there is a regular Spring, Summer and Autumn fast ferry crossing to France taking just over two hours.

The accommodation is as follows: Sitting/dining room with french windows onto the south-facing enclosed patio garden with large deck (table and chairs available), comfortable seating for 6 people, electric fire in fireplace, colour TV, Video, cassette player/radio, hatch to kitchen; bright kitchen including fridge with freezer compartment, washing machine, microwave, coffee maker and ample storage. Cloakroom with basin and WC; cleaning cupboard. Upstairs there are two bedrooms: one double-bedded and one with twin beds and a cot. Both have plenty of clothes storage. Bathroom (refurbished in 2008) with shower over the bath, WC and pedestal basin.

Easter, May Bank Holiday, Christmas and New Year weeks are subject to a surcharge.
