Formerly two small roadside cottages, this is now an absolutely charming "olde worlde" thatched cottage with four bedrooms and two bathrooms, sleeping up to six people. Lovely secluded garden with lawn, shurbs and flowers plus sitting-out areas.
Close to the river Adur, which offers excellent views and good walking on the disused railway line that runs beside the river.
Only a ten-minute walk to the centre of Shoreham with its bustling riverside scene of shops, pubs and restaurants. About 5 miles from the centre of Brighton & Hove.

The cottage comprises: Main entrance door leading into a small hallway, dining room with oak dining table and benches, open ornamental fireplace, radio/CD player. Kitchen with gas hob/electric oven, dishwasher, washing machine, fridge, microwave, cafetiere, portable colour TV. Middle sitting room with sofa, settle, chair, colour TV (cable) plus DVD, brick fireplace with coal-effect gas fire, coffee table. Inner hall with seating. Top end sitting room with settee, chairs, colour TV, coffee table. Two stable doors lead to the garden. Upstairs to two double bedroms and two single bedrooms, accessed by two separate sets of stairs, with each bedroom having adequate clothes hanging and drawer space (NB: one single room is accessed via one of the double rooms). Two bathrooms, each with a bath (but no shower) basin and WC. Many exposed beams, some quite low.
