The village and surrounding area contains a wealth of history and is so scenic it was chosen as the setting for the last scene in the film Shakespeare in Love. Although it's about 5 miles inland, from the highest point in the village you can see the sea at Stiffkey.

The larger village of Binham has both a shop and country pub and is just over a mile away – ideal for an early morning or late evening stroll.

Hindringham is a peaceful village between Fakenham and Holt and there are plenty of local attractions to visit – from beautiful beaches and opportunities for fishing or golf, through to historic properties and the Sea Life Sanctuary. It is only one mile from the Thursford Steam Collection with its fabulous Christmas Spectacular and Santa’s Grotto throughout November and December.
