Our three self catering farm cottages, sleeping 2 to 6 guests, offer a superb standard of modern comfort, combined with period rural charm on our 87 acre farm. Situated in Aylsham, in the broadland area of Norfolk: a perfect setting for a holiday or short break.
Owl's Barn Sleeps 6 (1 Double, 2 Twin Bedrooms)
Owl's Barn is the stunning and spacious upper storey of our converted barn. It combines period rustic character and modern luxurious facilities, with vaulted oak-beamed ceiling, solid oak flooring, comfy leather sofas and locally made pine furniture. There is a large LCD low energy television, DVD Player and CD mini system.
Owl's Barn is reached via outside stairs and has its own pretty private enclosed garden and patio area with tables and chairs for outside dining.
The master bedroom has en suite bathroom with roll top cast iron bath. The two twin bedrooms share a further shower room.
The well-equipped kitchen has an oven with gas hob, dishwasher, washer/drier, fridge/freezer, microwave and food processor. A cot and high chair are available; please request when booking.

Penny Wagtail Sleeps 4 (1 Double, 1 Twin Bedroom)
Penny Wagtail is a single story barn conversion sleeping four. On the ground floor, with its own garden and patio and parking very close to the door, it is the most accessible of our self-catering units.
Accommodation comprises kitchen/dining/living room with under floor heating throughout to keep our guests warm and cosy in the winter months, solid oak flooring, locally made pine furniture and comfy leather suites, two good size bedrooms (one double, one twin) and a wet room style shower room.
Penny Wagtail is furnished and decorated to a high standard and, with level access throughout, it is ideal for less able visitors.
The kitchen is well equipped with dishwasher, washer/drier, small gas range, fridge/freezer, microwave and food processor. The lounge has low energy LCD television, DVD player and CD mini system.
Outside is a pretty, enclosed private garden with table, chairs and parasol for al fresco dining.

Wren's Rest Sleeps 4 (1 Double, 1 Twin Bedroom)
Wren's Rest is a single story barn conversion, comfortably sleeping four, with double bedroom, a bathroom with roll top bath, and twin bed room with en suite wet room.
To the front of the cottage there is a pretty, private and fully enclosed garden and patio with table and chairs for outside dining.
Inside a fully fitted kitchen/dining/living room, well equipped with dishwasher, washer/drier, oven, gas hob, fridge/freezer, microwave and food processor, low energy LCD television, DVD player and CD mini system.
Solid oak flooring, double glazing and under floor heating throughout means that, even in the winter months, guests are assured of warm and cosy accommodation.

Bure Valley Farm Shop
We have our own very convenient small farm shop tucked away behind the cottages on the farm where guests can buy our fresh produce.
We sell our own free range eggs, potatoes and seasonal vegetables as well fresh fruit as in season and not forgetting Jackie's delicious home made cakes, jams and marmalade.
